Changzhou Jiaqi Electronics Co., Ltd. has been a professional diode manufacturer since 1997. Except for several offices in different cities, we also have two factories. One is in Cailing Industrial Park, Changzhou, Jiangsu Province and the other in Suining Industrial Park of Sichuan Province. Now the total number of employees reaches 1000, technicians account for 11% among them. Jiaqi company has now got ISO9001-2008 certificate, RoHS and REACH certificates.
The main products include Solar Diodes (10SQ045, 12SQ045, 15SQ045...), surface mount diodes (M7,RS1M,US1M,ES1J...) and axial series, such as 1N4007 (10kk/ 20 day delivery time). For development and market demanding, the company increases advanced production lines and professional testing equipments, based on the original equipments. Our product quality and lead time has been greatly improved by means of the new equipments and testers.

In 1997, the first plastic seal diode production line was put into use.
In 2003, it passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification.
In 2006, it invested in the construction of a surface mount device production line and began production and installation of devices.
In 2007, the company relocated to the new plant area and began to produce a series of diodes and began to expand the production scale of surface mount devices and plastic seals.
In 2007, SGS passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification for the company.
In 2008, the products produced by the company passed the SGS test and met the ROHS requirements.
In 2009, the company once again introduced two plastic seals to expand the scale and produce a series of diodes.
In 2010, the company established a new factory in Suining, Sichuan, to expand its production scale.
